Jim brings over 30 years of electrical engineering experience to the consulting team.

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, Jim’s experience includes electrical design, project budget pricing, construction supervision, drawing, and manual approval. Jim has had experience in designing various building groups in accordance with the latest version of the Canadian Electrical Code plus the National Building Code. Jim has experience in life safety issues like Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, Emergency Power, Exit Signage, Door Control, And CO Detectors. He has acted as a sub-consultant and a prime-consultant generating site review reports, progress payments, change notices, substantial completion, and completion certificates. He has also coordinated his role with the other disciplines (mechanical, civil, structural, and architectural) involved in each project. Jim can coordinate the formation of all the above team members to design and construct a complete building and services to suit the End-Users requirements. Jim has designed and been an integral team member for the following more notable projects.
